More than 500 Kilometres of roads have been built under his management and supervision from year 2001 to date.

ALAYA started operating in Lebanon in 2010 as a Fit-outs, Renovation and Building Contractor.
Our Construction of Corporate and Residential Projects initiated at the time where the Lebanese real estate and construction market were at their peak and the demand for a reliable dynamic & ethical engineering and construction company was highly in demand.

In addition to private residential projects, we carried out building & interior fit-outs works for high-profile corporates, like Audi Bank, Casino Du Liban, Qatar Airways, Khoury Home, Speed Marine & others.

Our accurate engineering practices, guided by our ethical approach to contracting business and our affection to resolve profound construction details issues, allowed us, by word of mouth, to win the biddings and carry out the construction of high-end challenging Villas and buildings, mainly in;

MEP & Swimming pools


Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning works were first carried out by ALAYA in 2017 for the construction of the Turnkey Project: “Speed Marine – Kfardebian” facility, at 2000m altitude in Kfardebian, Mzaar area. Our challenging diverse MEP works, supervised by APAVE technical control teams were successfully commissioned and completed ahead of schedule. Since that project and with the intense know-how acquired by it; we started designing and executing in-house MEP services within our construction works… From Kfardebian to Faqra and Faraya passing through Koleiat, El Metn and Beirut, reaching the beautiful Jezzine area where we built a challenging winery that was commissioned in early 2020. Currently, we are carrying out MEP & swimming pools projects at Faqra, Les Plateaux de Kfardebian and at Koleiat areas.

Solar & Wind Turbines Power Generation


Due to the recent financial challenges facing the Lebanese economy, resulting in a severe scarcity of fuel and the dramatic reduction of the Government’s electrical power supply; ALAYA had to source for other sustainable alternatives to answer its Clients’ demand for electrical power, along with its own in-house needs, as well as the surge in such demand from a range of commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors.

We turned to our partners and our network of reliable business consultants in China and EU to source for the top reliable solar panels, batteries, inverters and wind turbines manufacturers.

We started our own in-house design and installation of off-grid and hybrid sustainable energy systems in Mid-2021. The current pilot project results were very promising and cost efficient, with Returns on Investments ranging from 2 to 5 years for different case studies and projects.

From the project design phase; we make sure that the Client’s ideas are well translated into the design plans, where the maximum land exploitation is key, in addition to aesthetics and landscaping softening of the spaces.

We examine the project’s Feasibility Study and the Return on Investment (ROI), to assist the Architect & Design Engineers on designing the required areas, volumes & utilities that answers the high-profile commercial & market goals of the Project.

Once the Architectural & Engineering design is completed; we undertake the following pre-bidding activities:
– Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the different construction divisions
– Preparation of Project’s General Specifications & Conditions of Contracts; a guideline on quality standards and regulations governing the construction works
– Preparation of other Tender Documents, like forms of Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Guarantees and other key documents required from bidding contractors
– Inviting reliable contractors to bid for the Project, as per the prepared Tender Documents
– Assessing the Technical and Financial offers submitted by Contractors and aiding the Client on choosing the best offer
– Awarding the Contract to the winning Contractor by monitoring his compliance to all the requirements of the Tender Documents
